It can temporarily hold small diameter pipes (approximately up to φ6mm) and allows for free adjustment of angles from vertical to horizontal. The S45C metal collet structure is strong against repeated attachment and angle changes, making it suitable for consistent use from the prototype stage to mass production lines. Its compact design makes it easy to retrofit onto existing jig plates or workbenches, and it can be used as an angled fixed holder for sensor pipes, nozzles, and thin shafts. Custom shapes of the S45C material and adjustments to the angle mechanism can be made according to requests such as "I want a metal collet that fits the shape of our parts" or "I want to adjust the holding power and contact surfaces."
