Metal collet-type fixture (for small-diameter pipes) – angle-adjustable holder

A metal collet-type fixture that lightly grips cables and small-diameter pipes for temporary holding, supporting hands-free work during angled assembly and inspection processes.

This is a metal collet-type fixture designed as an assembly aid. It lightly grips small-diameter pipes (typically up to φ6 mm) for temporary holding, and allows the angle to be freely adjusted from vertical to horizontal. The S45C steel collet structure provides high durability against repeated attachment/removal and angle changes, enabling continuous use from prototype stages through to mass-production lines. The compact design makes it easy to retrofit onto existing fixture plates and workbenches, so it can be used as an angle-adjustable holder for sensor pipes, nozzles, fine shafts, and similar components. We can also customize the S45C collet geometry and angle mechanism to match your part shape or to adjust contact surfaces and holding force, in response to requests such as “a metal collet tailored to our own component” or “fine adjustment of clamping characteristics.”
